Argo Group is seeking a Senior Construction Defect Technical Claims Specialist Team Lead to join our team and work from one of several offices, or fully remotely where permitted. This role handles the most complex construction defect claims, collaborating with underwriters to deliver optimal financial outcomes for clients.

The position is 100% in-office where required, with an emphasis on building strong team culture and profitable results.

Formación

• Extensive experience adjudicating construction defect claims.
• Bachelor’s degree required; additional designations valued.
• Licenses in multiple jurisdictions or ability to obtain them quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Adjudicate construction defect claims at high authority limits.
• Gather, analyze, and investigate claim details to determine coverage and loss.
• Maintain reserves and prepare technical reports for management.
