Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and risk assessments across contracts and construction law.
• Advise business partners on legal, contractual and risk matters.
• Analyze and summarize legal documents and complex transactions.
• Review owner contracts and support bidding and negotiation processes.
• Review project-related agreements and analyze change orders for risk.
• Partner with lead counsel in managing contested matters.
• Manage litigation and disclosures for RFQ/RFP responses.
• Deliver training on legal topics and compliance.
