Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and risk assessments across construction law.
• Advise business partners on legal, contractual and risk matters.
• Analyze and summarize legal documents and contracts.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems for assigned units.
• Conduct and maintain organized legal due diligence documents.
• Review owner contracts and support bidding/negotiation processes.
• Review routine project-related agreements (e.g., BIM releases, crane swing agreements).
• Analyze change orders and waivers/releases for legal risk.
• Collaborate with lead counsel on contested matters.
• Manage litigation and disclosures for RFQ/RFP responses.
• Coordinate with Corporate Secretary on resolutions for bids.
• Deliver training on contract terms and compliance.
