Moseley is seeking a Construction Contract Administrator (CCA) to lead construction-phase services, including field observation, RFIs, submittals, change management, pay applications, punch lists, and field condition resolutions.

The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with Procore expertise and strong client-management skills. Fairfax, VA-based, with a hybrid work model after the introductory period.

Competenze

• 5+ years of construction administration experience on multi-phase projects.
• Experience with Procore; strong communication and client-management skills.
• High school diploma; or Architect degree with relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Conduct site visits to observe progress and prepare detailed field reports.
