Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience.
• An undergraduate architectural degree is preferred.
• Architectural registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consistent, high-quality construction administration across multiple active projects; maintains priorities and ensures submittals, RFIs, field documents, and change orders are managed to completion.
• Builds practical BHDP knowledge about means/methods, sequencing, and typical failure points; converts lessons into tools, standards, and coaching.
• Identifies and resolves construction-phase issues focusing on life safety, constructability, quality, and owner value; documents decisions clearly.
• Develops trusted relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants while protecting contract boundaries and communicating reliably.
• Manages CA scope and effort—tracking hours and responses—to support projects without overrun or surprises.
