Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies in Corpus Christi, TX, seeks a Construction Support Engineer/Construction Manager to oversee FEAD/ROICC construction activities including inspection, QA, schedule review, and contract compliance for repair, demolition, and new construction projects.

The role requires seven or more years of experience on large facilities, familiarity with Primavera or MS Project, and strong ability to prepare reports, coordinate permits, and lead safety and quality reviews on site.

Qualifications

• Seven years minimum experience in construction management on large facilities.
• Competent with scheduling methods and tools (Primavera, MS Project).
• Experience with government/contractor coordination and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outages, permits, and route planning with contractors.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and brief FEAD/ROICC representatives.
• Review submittals and monitor CQC compliance and safety.
• Prepare reports, cost estimates, and field pay worksheets.
• Monitor environmental, testing, and documentation compliance.
• Assist in pre-construction and modification negotiations.
