• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' of construction claims experience.
• Experience with Transit construction projects of at least $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Provide fully qualified coordination of construction activities and contract administration.
• Prepare and present reports, minutes, and records regarding contract documents and change requests.
• Monitor progress, cost, and schedule to ensure standards are met.
• Communicate with Project Manager, design professionals, clients, and contractors; coordinate with project team.
