Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Program & Project Controls professional in Honolulu, HI to provide fully qualified coordination of construction activities and contract administration in a fast-paced design and delivery environment.

You will support schedule development, cost control, QA/QC, reporting, and closeout, collaborating with project teams, contractors, design professionals and clients while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' construction claims experience.
• Experience with transit construction projects of at least $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to resolve outstanding claims on the project.
• Prepare and present reports, minutes, and records regarding contract documents and change requests.
• Review documentation and perform analysis of schedule, cost estimates, and contract documents.
• Assist in presentation of contractor claim submittals and supporting documentation.
• Distribute documents and maintain controlled distribution lists.
• Coordinate daily onsite construction activities with contractors and design professionals.
