Job summary

Stantec seeks a Project Controls Professional to join the Buildings US Honolulu team. You will provide financial analysis, cost control, and forecasting to support budget objectives; liaise with project teams and leadership to keep status, issues and changes current.

Responsibilities include monthly cost/schedule reporting, document control, and improving project controls processes. Office-based role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in financial analysis, cost management and project controls throughout a project lifecycle.
• Experience with project budgets, cost tracking, scheduling and forecasting.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and audits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly status reports on cost, schedule, progress, budget, forecast and manpower.
• Coordinate document control: specifications, RFIs, submittals and revisions.
• Produce reports such as earned value, changes, risk registers and estimates to complete.
• Monitor budgets, variances and forecast accuracy with project teams.
• Support invoicing, AR follow-up, and consultant budgeting with finance.
• Develop and optimize project controls processes and systems.
