Job summary

Valcourt Exterior Bradenton is seeking a General Manager to oversee all branch operations, lead staff, and ensure customer satisfaction across the Bradenton region. This hands‑on role requires a strategic mindset and a commitment to growth.

You will create and execute business development plans, manage client relationships, coordinate budgeting with estimating and operations, supervise project management, and control the division's finances with forecasting, billing, and cash flow

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of construction or related industry experience.
Bachelors degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline; MBA preferred.
Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic business plans to grow a regional market.
Identify and pursue project opportunities and growth objectives.
Build and manage client relationships, new and existing, for repeat business.
Create budgeting strategies with estimating and operations teams.
Oversee project management: estimating, scheduling, safety, staffing.
Lead financial operations: forecasting, budgeting, billing, payables/receivables.
Communicate with corporate management and regional leaders, driving initiatives.
