Job summary

Valcourt Group is seeking a General Manager for our Bradenton, FL branch to lead all operations and staff with a hands-on approach. You will drive business development, oversee project management, and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving growth targets.

You will manage the division's financial performance, forecasts, budgets, and vendor relationships, while mentoring a team and fostering a high-performance culture. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction or related industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop business, and manage P&L.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic business development plan for the region.
• Oversee project management, scheduling, safety, and staffing.
• Manage division P&L, forecasting, budgeting, billing and receivables.
• Build client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate staff, promoting internal growth.
• Represent the company in industry groups and events.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to meet divisional goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety across the region.
