Job summary

VALCOURT EXTERIOR BUILDING SERVICES OF FLORIDA L C is seeking a General Manager in Bradenton, FL to lead all aspects of operations and sales for the branch. You will supervise staff, drive customer satisfaction, and implement growth strategies across a multi-site construction operation.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a strong financial acumen, capable of managing a 100+ field workforce and a 30-person support team, while coordinating with executives on companywide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of construction or related industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or relevant discipline; MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic business development plan for a region.
• Develop strategies to optimize project opportunities and meet growth objectives.
• Build client relationships and manage all business development efforts in the region.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations to develop proposals and budgets.
• Oversee project management including estimating, scheduling, safety and staffing.
• Direct the division’s financial operations: forecasting, budgeting, billing, payables and receivables.
