Qualifications

• 15+ years construction or related industry experience.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
• TX contractor's license or willingness to pursue within 6 months.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a regional strategic business development plan.
• Develop strategies to optimize project opportunities and growth.
• Build client relationships and manage regional business development.
• Oversee project management: estimating, pre-construction, scheduling, safety, staffing.
• Direct division's financial operations: forecasting, budgeting, billing, payables/receivables.
• Collaborate with management and participate in company initiatives.
