Job summary

Martin-Harris Construction LLC in Colorado is seeking a senior Business Development professional to grow client relationships and secure private commercial projects. You will work with multiple business unit leaders to develop pipelines, craft strategies, and pursue opportunities across the Front Range.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in BD, strong CRM/Excel skills, and a proven track record of revenue growth, with comfort in strategic planning and representing the company to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Business Development experience with a track record of successfully selling to private commercial clients in Colorado.
• Ability to develop relationships and market in other regions with multiple BU leaders.
• Proven proficiency in BD strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic partners and opportunities for project awards.
• Develop long-term client account management strategies.
• Support RFP/proposal development with win strategies.
• Work with BU leaders to identify active owners/developers and build win plans.
• Forecast the pipeline and manage the sales funnel.
