Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Client accounting: understands client operations and manages multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts.
• Day-to-day transactions: leads AP, cash disbursements, AR, cash receipts and payroll postings.
• Month-end processing: coordinates and reviews reconciliations and prepares financial statements.
• Other quarterly/annual processing: completes sales tax returns, 1099s, and audit workpapers.
• Oversee workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts.
• Special projects: assists with internal audit, due diligence, and system-related projects.
