CLA is seeking a Senior Accounting Associate - Construction Industry to join our CAAS group in Illinois. You will support client accounting and advisory services, managing AP/AR, payroll postings, and assisting with month-end closes, tax returns, and audits.

We require 2 years of accounting/financial experience and a Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time, on-site role offering a competitive wage range and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsabilidades

• Develops an understanding of each client's operations and manages multiple clients and accounts.
• Leads coordination and processing of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll postings.
• Coordinates and reviews account reconciliations and prepares financial statements.
• Completes sales tax returns and Form 1099s and assists with audit workpapers.
• Oversee workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts.
• Assist with internal audit, due diligence, and other consultative projects.
