Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Client Service: Understands each client’s operations and manages multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts.
• Day to Day Transactions: Leads AP, cash disbursements, AR, cash receipts and payroll posting.
• Month End Processing: Coordinates reconciliations and prepares financial statements.
• Other Quarterly/Annual Processing: Completes sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and audit workpapers.
• Oversee workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts.
• Special Projects: Assists with internal audit, due diligence, and system selection.
