Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting.
• Knowledge of an ERP accounting system.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts and deliver high-quality work accurately and on time.

Aufgaben

• Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes within established time frames and follow internal control processes.
• Perform analytical functions to ensure accurate general ledger month-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare monthly draw packages for assigned construction projects.
• Utilize financial reporting software to create and maintain reporting templates and data queries.
• Prepare and maintain documentation to support financial statement assertions and internal control over financial reporting.
• Support corporate accounting with ad hoc requests and fixed asset form preparation.
• Assist with quarterly unaudited and annual audited financial statements for multiple construction projects in accordance with GAAP.
