Clearway Energy Group in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Senior Accountant to manage financial data, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly/quarterly internal reporting for construction projects.

You will support GAAP reporting for multiple ownership structures and collaborate with treasury, portfolio finance, and engineering teams. Minimum 4 years in accounting and a bachelor’s degree required; CPA or master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in general accounting.
• Knowledge of an ERP accounting system.

Responsabilités

• Execute the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close within established time frames.
• Analyze income statements and balance sheets to support the general ledger close.
• Prepare monthly draw packages for construction projects.
• Maintain documentation to support financial statements and internal controls.
• Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements for lenders and ownership agreements.
