5+ years of construction procurement, construction management, or general contracting experience.

Ability to read plans and understand price proposals.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain schedules of activities to achieve procurement objectives.
Oversee project scope and contract compliance from identification to notice to proceed.
Read construction plans and review price proposals and line item estimates.
