Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal partners across BCP, CI, RI, P&E and other engineering teams to support end-to-end connectivity.
• Investigate and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues using diagnostic tools.
• Support new product/technology integrations by validating data quality and troubleshooting communication problems.
• Analyze machine, network, and telematics data to identify root causes and improve performance.
• Serve as a technical resource for dealers, customers, and cross-functional teams.
