Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Senior Test & Evaluation Engineer to lead end-to-end testing across Eagle Eye and Connected Warfare products, coordinating with multiple engineering teams and government partners.

You will develop test strategies, oversee TRRs, analyze performance data, and report actionable insights to drive improvements, with travel as needed and eligibility for U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, or Computer Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software.
• Hands-on lab and field test experience.
• Strong requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and traceability.
• Familiarity with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and networked C2 systems in DoD settings.
• Experience leading test efforts to guide product designs/development.
• Experience with System Level Environmental Testing: Climatic, IP, corrosion & UV testing.
• Strong data analysis and reporting; capable of briefing senior stakeholders.
• Willing and able to travel on an as-needed basis; active or eligible for U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Testing from HITL to field validation, including software, hardware, and network traffic.
• Innovate & Execute test strategies that meet DoD standards and give warfighters advantages.
• Collaborate with PM, Development Eng, NW Eng, Architects, Systems Eng, test ranges, and government partners.
