Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a motivated Test and Evaluation Engineer to support critical test campaigns for our Connected Warfare Systems—Eagle Eye, NG C2, Menace of Family of Systems, and related products. This role suits a junior to mid-level engineer eager to work on developmental and operational testing across software and hardware integration.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop test plans, gather data, analyze results, and document issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years testing new development hardware experience.
• Subject to pre-employment and randomized substance screening.
• Experience in test and evaluation through work experience or internships.
• Basic understanding of requirements development, test planning, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal skills and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing test plans for Eagle Eye and connected warfare products.
• Gather test data, analyze performance, and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Document issues, deviations, and corrective actions in Test Readiness Reviews.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation.
• Participate in lab-based test setups and field validation testing for system improvements.
