Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• 5+ years of system-level test and evaluation experience.
• Experience leading DoD-style test events in lab and field.
• Strong requirements development, test planning, and traceability skills.
• Willingness to travel and ability to obtain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and report on system integration, developmental, operational, and customer acceptance tests.
• Create scenario-driven, requirements-based test methods with traceability.
• Oversee TRRs, coordinate test incidents and deficiencies.
• Analyze performance data in lab and field to deliver actionable insights.
• Represent the team at reviews and milestone decisions.
