Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to lead end-to-end test campaigns for DoD-grade systems, including NG C2 and Menace Family. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams and government partners to plan, execute, and report developmental and operational tests across software and hardware components.

Responsibilities include defining test strategies, establishing traceability, and delivering robust metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.
• Experience conducting developmental and operational test events in lab and field environments.
• Strong requirements development, test planning, verification/validation, and traceability management.
• Familiarity with RF communications, tactical datalinks, and DoD C2 systems.
• Experience leading test efforts to guide product designs/development.
• Experience with System Level Environmental Testing (IP, Climatic, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and report on system integration, developmental, operational, and customer acceptance tests.
• Create requirements-based, scenario-driven, and operationally relevant test methods with traceability.
• Oversee Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs), manage test incidents, and track deficiencies.
• Analyze system performance data in lab and field environments and deliver actionable insights.
• Represent the team at reviews, readiness boards, and milestone decisions to ensure safe test execution.
