Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Experience working within a conflicts department at an Am Law 200 firm.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest.
• Collaborates with team members to resolve conflicts and facilitate new matter opening.
• Communicates with attorneys and staff to gather information for conflicts checks.
• Validates requirements with the requesting lawyer to ensure compliance with firm policies.
• Performs corporate research to verify information and understand structures.
• Coordinates with Client Accounting and other departments to ensure data integrity.
• Provides after-hours and weekend coverage as needed for operations.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Manages firm resources responsibly and adheres to policies.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
