Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York invites applications for a Senior Analyst, New Business Conflicts Clearance. Based in our New York Office, the role requires on-site presence three days a week, with consideration for fully remote candidates located in CA, TX, D.C., DE or MA who can work 9:30am–5:30pm EST.

The Senior Analyst will conduct conflicts checks, maintain records in the conflicts database, support the conflicts resolution process, and collaborate with Conflicts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Experience in a conflicts department at an Am Law 200 firm.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest.
• Collaborate with Conflicts Attorneys and Office of the General Counsel to resolve conflicts and support new matter openings.
• Communicate with attorneys to gather information for conflicts checks and resolve discrepancies in the request form.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and legal standards in all conflicts processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the conflicts database and coordinate with relevant departments.
