You will manage conflicts clearance for experienced hires across the firm, including associates and summer associates, coordinating with Legal Hiring Department and partners.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of related experience, with strong attention to detail, discretion, and analytical skills to assess potential conflicts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least two years of related experience.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations governing conflicts of interest.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; discretion essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict clearance for experienced hires, firm-wide.
• Coordinate with Legal Hiring Department and partners on clearance.
• Review resumes and PWE forms; obtain additional information as needed.
• Prepare waivers and establish ethical walls as required.
• Manage multiple processes and maintain confidentiality.
