Job summary

Considine Search seeks a Conflicts Attorney to support risk management, professional responsibility, and conflicts clearance for new clients and matters. You will collaborate with partners, lawyers, and business professionals globally, providing subject-matter guidance on ethics and risk.

The role is exempt and requires a J.D. with admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and a minimum of three years' relevant experience in law firm conflicts or related functions.

• Review conflicts reports and due diligence to provide legal analysis and guidance on potential conflicts and next steps.
• Serve as escalation resource for complex conflicts and intake matters, exercising sound judgment.
