Qualifications

Substantive knowledge of ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
Responsibilities
Review and process new business and lateral hire requests.
Analyze search results according to ethical rules.
Draft and review engagement letters and waivers.
Conduct legal research on rules of professional conduct.
Advise on conflicts of interest issues.
Collaborate with firm lawyers and personnel.
Maintain the firm's conflicts database.
Provide training to Conflicts Department colleagues.
Respond to urgent conflict matters after hours.
Assist with software implementation and special projects.
