Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research into relevant parties to identify or resolve potential conflicts of interest.
• Review and analyze conflict reports; prepare clear summaries with recommended resolution steps.
• Serve as an escalation point for Conflicts Analysts and support them through issue resolution.
• Draft and analyze conflict waivers, engagement letters, and ethical wall memoranda.
• Work with responsible attorneys and General Counsel to determine engagement terms.
• Negotiate engagement terms, outside counsel guidelines, and waiver language with clients.
