Responsibilities

• Manage configuration control processes, baselines, records, change management, and documentation for data center infrastructure and systems.
• Chair or support Configuration Control Board (CCB) reviews; ensure change records are complete, traceable, and auditable.
• Coordinate CMDB accuracy across Nlyte and ServiceNow; enforce naming and labeling standards.
• Provide CM inputs to release management, deliverables, and program reporting.
