HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Conference Services Manager to oversee logistics for conferences, meetings, and group events. The role blends client service with event planning and operations coordination to drive revenue and repeat business.

The candidate will act as onsite liaison, produce BEOs and resumes, coordinate with departments, and ensure accurate documentation and smooth setup for each event.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in convention services, catering, or event planning preferred.
• Proficiency with event management software, PMS, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite contact for assigned groups and create BEOs and resumes.
• Ensure all special arrangements (F&B, AV, etc.) are documented on BEOs and signed.
• Distribute BEOs and resumes to departments and follow up on questions.
