Job summary

HHM Hospitality is seeking a Conference Services Manager to oversee the Conference Services Department, coordinating groups in line with guest service and HHM sustainability standards. You will lead a team, plan pre/post-con meetings, and ensure seamless cross-department collaboration to maximize client satisfaction.

The role focuses on client liaison, site inspections, and leveraging HHM facilities and services to deliver exceptional events while upholding EarthView guidelines and safety

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years' of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates to brand standards and HHM values.
• Plan and conduct pre/post-convention meetings with clients and departments.
• Establish rapport with meeting planners and promote hotel facilities and services.
• Conduct walking site inspections throughout the property.
• Coordinate activities of various departments to service accounts.
• Document tracking of group activity and generate history reports.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
