Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years total experience in a catering setting or related field.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key link between planners, hosts and attendees to ensure seamless meetings and events.
• Forecast, plan and produce productivity reports to budget with accuracy.
• Build strong relationships with planners and manage pre-event and post-event briefings.
• Ensure guest safety, sustainability and business needs are met throughout events.
