Huntington Learning Center is seeking an experienced Conference Coach to support franchisees and center staff in strengthening conference skills, enrollment processes, and overall business performance. The role reports to the Manager of Coaching Services and involves guiding virtual training sessions and maintaining client records.

• Demonstrated expertise in Huntington systems, programs, and conference processes.
• Strong commitment to Huntington's business model and consistent Huntington experience.
• Track record of achieving operating metrics such as conference rate and enrollment.

Mansioni

• Meet monthly billable hour requirements and review progress with Coaching Services Manager.
• Manage daily and weekly coaching appointments for assigned clients.
• Maintain accurate client records with timely database entry.
• Deliver coaching sessions based on Huntington best practices across conferences and processes.
• Collaborate with Franchise Business Consultants to support franchisee success.
• Provide follow-up and accountability to franchisees and center staff.
