Job summary

Huntington Learning Center seeks a Center Manager to run day-to-day operations and meet revenue, operations, and marketing goals at a busy learning center in the Northern Bronx area. You will lead enrollment meetings, manage staff, and deliver high-quality instructional services to students every day.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Management or Education preferred) and 5+ years in management with sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years management and direct service sales experience strongly preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by enrolled meetings with parents and discussions of student progress.
• Develop marketing plans to raise Huntington’s presence in the community.
• Maximize center revenue by managing expenses, operations and marketing goals.
• Train, coach and develop full-time and part-time staff while maintaining high morale.
