Job summary

Huntington Learning Corporation is seeking a part-time Conference Coach to support franchisees and staff through online training sessions. The role reports to the Manager of Coaching Services and focuses on preparing and delivering coaching programs to improve conference performance.

The position emphasizes coaching clients on initial and interim conferences, programming coaching, AE and intake processes, and Walk-in Inquiry training, with a strong commitment to Huntington's business model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of Huntington experience at the Managing Director level or above.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong commitment to Huntington's business model and deep knowledge of the Huntington system.
• Proven performance on key operating metrics, including conference rate and keep rate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly billable hour requirements and achieve operational goals; attend weekly coaching sessions with the Coaching Services Manager.
• Manage assigned clients through daily and weekly coaching appointments.
• Maintain accurate client records with timely database entries.
• Deliver billable coaching and training sessions, including Initial Conferences, Interim Conferences, programming and reprogramming coaching, AE and Intake, Walk in Inquiry training.
• Participate in operational and team meetings.
• Collaborate with Franchise Business Consultants.
• Conduct ongoing follow-up with franchisees and staff to support success.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly billable hour requirements and operational goals; participate in weekly meetings with the Coaching Services Manager to review progress and develop action plans.
• Manage assigned clients through daily and weekly coaching appointments.
• Maintain accurate client records through timely and detailed database entry.
• Deliver billable coaching and training sessions, including but not limited to:
  • Coaching clients on how to prepare for and conduct Initial Conferences
  • Coaching clients on how to prepare for and conduct Interim Conferences
  • Programming and reprogramming coaching
  • AE and Intake
  • Walk in Inquiry training
• Participate in operational and team meetings.
• Collaborate and communicate with Franchise Business Consultants.
• Conduct ongoing follow-up with franchisees and franchisee staff to support success.
