Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Colorado is seeking a Superintendent to lead the planning and execution phase of concrete construction projects. You will work with the operations team to develop a comprehensive project plan and ensure resources are prepared for timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of progressive field experience in self-perform concrete, strong leadership and communication, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience on projects over $1 million.
• Ability to lead people and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project plan for their phase of work.
• Understands project information and identifies obstacles and opportunities for their phase of work.
• Prepares their team to execute using defined planning processes.
• Ensures their team has staged equipment, materials, and workstations for optimal output.
• Utilizes and tracks time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign in & sign out sheets.
• Responsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for their portion of work.
• Communicates project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
