Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Sr. Superintendent to manage day-to-day construction activities, supervise field personnel and subcontractors, and ensure the project is completed on schedule.

The role reports to the Project Manager and collaborates with VP-level staff and engineers. The ideal candidate has a four-year degree and 10+ years in multi-family or concrete construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited four-year college or university with major coursework in construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in multi-family, wood framing, structural concrete, construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Identify and address delays, weather, or emergencies at the construction site.
• Create look-ahead schedules and communicate upcoming events.
