Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field teams on large-scale industrial and manufacturing construction projects, including semiconductor fabs, data centers, cold storage, and hyperscale facilities. Responsibilities include safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client interface on site.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive superintendent experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with CPM scheduling and BIM/Procore tools.

Qualifications

10+ years of field construction with progressive superintendent roles.
Experience on industrial/manufacturing projects including fabs, data centers.
OSHA 30 certification and strong safety leadership.
Proficient with CPM scheduling and look-ahead planning.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage field activities across industrial projects.
Supervise craft personnel, subcontractors to ensure safety and quality.
Develop detailed schedule sequencing, phasing, and look-ahead plans.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and design teams to resolve RFIs and changes.
Oversee installation and commissioning of critical systems and start-up readiness.
Monitor quality control and track field costs and progress.
Mentor site leadership and enforce company standards.
Coordinate logistics, procurement, and turnover activities.
