Job summary

Lithko Contracting in the United States is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead the planning and execution of large-scale concrete projects. You will collaborate with the operations team to develop an overall project plan and drive execution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years experience in project execution for a self-perform GC or concrete contractor, a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering, strong MS Office skills, and a track record delivering commercial/industrial

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In‑depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and project planning processes.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
