Job summary

You will supervise safety, quality, and field activities, while coordinating with owners and office staff. Travel to various sites is required, with adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of concrete or heavy civil construction experience.
• Creative and results-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Strong problem-solving skills with adaptability and flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills with team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the job site, including safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with owners and owner’s representatives regularly.
• Resolve conflicts and disputes to minimize delays and claims.
• Instruct field staff on processes, policies, and procedures essential to the project.
• Plan and supervise field activities: construction methods, manpower, materials, equipment, schedules.
• Collaborate with office staff on production rates, methods, and schedules.
• Participate in Level 10 meetings with local office staff.
• Continually expand knowledge of industry best practices and innovation.
• Solve problems using available knowledge and resources.
• Understand and apply the Company’s labor relations policies.
• Uphold the Company’s integrity and code of ethics.
