Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the job site ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate with owners and representatives on a regular basis.
• Resolve conflicts and disputes to minimize delays and claims.
• Instruct field staff on processes, policies, and procedures essential to the project.
• Plan and supervise field activities, including manpower, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Work closely with office staff on production rates, construction methods, and schedules.
• Participate in Level 10 meetings and continuously improve industry practices.
