Job summary

Fessler & Bowman Inc. in Raleigh, NC seeks a Site Superintendent to oversee field operations and administration, directing Foremen and crews, ensuring work is completed on time and to budget while meeting safety and quality standards.

You will review daily progress, manage takeoffs and material coordination, coordinate with PM team and owners, and uphold company policies. Travel to job sites is expected; travel compensation applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in concrete or heavy civil construction.
• Strong leadership and results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and project documentation.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple crews to meet production and budget goals.
• Attend client meetings and coordinate change requests with PM team.
• Ensure field equipment, forms and safety measures are in place and maintained.
• Maintain rolling 4‑week look‑ahead for manpower and materials.
• Communicate progress and resolve issues with owners and PM team.
