Kent Companies is seeking a superintendent to lead major concrete operations on high‑profile commercial and industrial projects across the United States. The role emphasizes field execution, balancing production with quality, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of superintendent‑level experience in commercial concrete, with a preference for self‑performed in‑house crews and willingness to travel 100% to out‑of‑state data center or warehouse

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of superintendent-level commercial concrete construction experience.
• Experience on large commercial and industrial flatwork projects (data centers, distribution centers, warehouses).
• Background self-performing concrete with in-house manpower.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, manpower utilization, and production rates.
• Knowledge of concrete constructability, mix designs, and place-and-finish operations.
• Experience coordinating with GCs, owners, and internal teams; strong customer communication.
• Willingness to travel 100% to out-of-state projects.
• ACI flatwork credential (Concrete Flatwork Associate/Finisher/Advanced) is a plus.
