Qualifications

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in related field.
• 5 years SPW field engineering or construction management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise SPW field crews and ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for self-perform tasks.
• Maintain daily logs and progress reports for SPW activities.
• Communicate field updates to SPW leadership and address issues.
• Lead safety meetings and site inspections; escalate complex matters.
