• Reviews SPW work scopes against design specs and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinates with SPW project managers to maintain productivity.
• Reviews shop drawings, submittals, and change orders for alignment with project goals.
• Implements SPW project controls including schedule tracking and cost monitoring.
• Prepares SPW progress reports and field logs.
• Identifies and mitigates SPW risks through field analysis.
• Mentors less experienced SPW team members.
