Job summary

Kimmel & Associates represents an established construction organization seeking an experienced Project Manager for commercial and industrial concrete projects in Reno, NV. The role focuses on ownership from preconstruction through closeout with emphasis on safety, schedule, and budget.

You will oversee planning, estimating, field coordination, and client relations, working closely with field crews, subcontractors, and leadership to deliver complex concrete projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial concrete construction.
• Proven experience managing projects from bid through closeout.
• Strong understanding of concrete methods, materials, sequencing, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of concrete construction projects (sitework, foundations, slabs, tilt-up, structural components).
• Manage projects from preconstruction and bidding through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and align resources to milestones.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, quality, and compliance with plans.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
