Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Concrete Project Engineer to oversee and operate commercial concrete projects from pre-construction through closeout with project partners, ensuring efficiency and alignment with plan.

The PM will manage both detail and the big picture, anticipate field needs, maintain communication, and address issues before delays, while upholding safety and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Thorough knowledge of concrete installation and operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage commercial/industrial concrete projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Stay ahead of crews by four weeks on RFIs, materials procurement, and scheduling.
• Review project documents (submittals, RFIs, shop drawings) for completeness.
• Perform pre-construction duties and attend pre-construction meetings.
• Learn and integrate new project management/scheduling software.
